Reporting a problem

Please include the tool or page name, the browser and device you used, the steps that led to the issue, and a short description of the result you expected. A screenshot is helpful when it does not reveal private information. This makes it easier to reproduce a problem without asking you to share more than necessary.

Corrections and accessibility

If you find an inaccurate instruction, unclear wording, broken link, or accessibility barrier, tell us where it appears and what would make it clearer. We welcome practical feedback from people using keyboards, screen readers, zoom, translation tools, or smaller screens.

Privacy when contacting us

Do not send passwords, payment details, private recordings, source files, or other sensitive material. If your question concerns a tool result, describe the input in general terms instead. We cannot provide individual legal, medical, financial, engineering, safety, or other professional advice by email.
